Hi i traveiied on a holidaday to Italy on 28th.September.. were very dissappointed on our hotel and location. I realise that it was a 3 star,it was highly recommended to be good. Clearly the budget for hotel was very poor. Trips were excellent but in my view hotel is part of the holday. Food was good but very very basic with no choice. I feel hotel has never been researched . Older people were in bus and it was very dangerous to get a bus to sorrento and also to the litrtle village which hotel was supposed to be in.
Just returned from a 5 day trip to Cornwall. Stayed at Sands resort Hotel Newquay..Party of 19 elderly folk. Found hotel difficult to get around .Long rabbet warren of corridors , no lift in sight. Table settings sitting 4. Menu with limited choice to be ordered on previous evening to the same table. This resulted in that we were tied to the same dinner company each evening, unable to mingle with the rest our party and make new friends. We ended the break having barely had a conservation with some of our fellow travelers. The student staff had a snatch and grab technique when serving. Overall this resulted in a sharp drop in TS Tours. We were on the Dorset tour last year which was 1st class in comparison. Brian MckibbIn took notes.
Sent an email to your company through our travel agency as yet received no reply.My husband and I have travelled 4 consecutive years with travel solutions coach tours but never again .The hotel was disgusting and we were treated like second class citizens never a decent hotel is picked always a cheap option with the exception of holiday Inn in Harrogate.Everybody on our coach was complaining the emmerdale tour was good as were the tour guide and bus driver holiday becomes very expensive when you have paid for your food but have to seek elsewhere as it impossible to eat what was served to us by hotelWon't ever travel with travel solutions again
Belfast branch have ruined our first family holiday! AVOID!!!The comments are even more embarrassing and ridiculous considering the approach to the holiday when you released our flights without notice then kept the deposit. I am one of the passengers on the FAMILY holiday I referred to previously. I have plenty of email correspondence including the voucher the company made for my mum for her christmas present! I will absolutely be following this up, especially considering your public response.
