Disgusting, the room was filthy, absolutely filthy. It was over priced and I felt so uncomfortable I ended up not sleeping in the bed and staying up all night as I didn't trust there wouldn't be bed bugs. The corridors were disgusting and full of dirt, crumbs and disregarded trays of food that sat there until we checked out.
Perfectly placed for a walk in to town centre.Rooms clean and had everything needed, however a bit basic.There was a disturbance in the night and police called next day.Not the Hotels fault.Breakfast was excellent.

Despite the negative experience we had with the hotel incorrectly debiting money before we stayed and refusing to help us, we had an enjoyable time here. For the cheap price the rooms and standard is good. Also a very friendly night staff member named Conan really couldn't do enough to help us. He gave us great information on Belfast.
