Great staff and facilities! Very helpful when we had to extend our stay! Beds bit hard but that's my personal feeling. Big rooms lots of space
We stayed in one off the Apartments just round the corner from the hotel .... We were staying the weekend for our Nieces wedding .... What a day was fantastic from start to finish ... The Wedding staff were fab the meal just fab and have to mention Fergus barman/waiter was a very special well mannered young man ... who looked after us into the small hours ... All staff were excellent nothing was any bother to them ... Fantastic hotel and we hope to stay there again x Thank you
The apartments were lovely, full facilities and nice and private. Only issue was when I checked into the hotel and inquired about the parking I was told I'm sorry there are no spaces as there is a party on in the hotel. I replied saying that I had reserved parking when I booked the apartment. The reply was oh there must be spaces then and told me where it was....
Malone Lodge Hotel is easily accessed and provides it's own, FREE, parking. This is a rare facility, and very much appreciated. I visited to attend a meeting. Reception were very helpful, there is free WiFi, the code is available at reception. The hotel foyer is modern, clean and bright. The rest rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and nicely decorated. A lift is available.
Stayed in the apartments for 5 days. The staff are lovely, the accommodations are clean and well maintained and the food at the bar and at knife and fork are great. Another bonus is the location is just off the Lisburn road so it's easy walking distance to a lot of options including Queen's University. I'll be staying there again in the future. Only downside was that it is so close to the university and the students who are enjoying life. I was awakened one weekend night by a crowd singing. It wasn't too long though so I was able to get back to sleep quickly and truly they sounded like they were just having a ball. Make sure to have breakfast at the lodge. The bread is fabulous.
