Had a good stay, beds are comfy, rooms clean and a good temperature. Staff were lovely and know about the stuff going on round Belfast and are happy to chat and help. Only gripe was the cleaner that was about to walk into the room at half 10 despite the door being locked and checkout not being until 12

I had and excellent experience at this hotel, location is excellent close to city centre, bus, glider and trains. Its on a quiet street, my sleep was perfect. The room was clean and big enough. Nice bar/restaurant for a drink or a bite, and the self-service breakfast is ok too. I strongly recommend this hotel!

The staff was so helpful and kind, and the stay was great. My room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view too. The restaurant downstairs had a good selection, and every meal I had there was fantastic.

Probably the best PI I have stayed in, and I stay in quite a few for work. The thing that really stands out are the staff. All were great with special recommendation to Bonita who could not do enough to help, and was funny with it. Next time I am in Belfast i would not stay anywhere else.

Staying at the premier inn Alfred street and the staff are great! Especially Tristan, Leona and Rachel, all 3 have been very polite and helpful with big smiles on their faces and making time to chat to my 4 year old daughter. Family rooms are a good size on beds very comfortable. Only a short distance from the main town. Would stay again.
