Lovely hotel in the heart of the city.. wonderful breakfast, good variety of food. Slept well in a comfy bed.
Friendly reception staff. Got upgraded to an executive suite which was a nice touch if not a little skimp on the luxury unexpected from an upgrade. Bar lovely. Great location
Reception were extremely friendly and welcoming. Location is brilliant with car park located right behind hotel. Everything is within walking distance. The bedrooms were nicely decorated.The reason for my 2 stars is the service in the bar was beyond terrible. We ate 1 night and the tables were dirty with a previous guests rubbish shoved in the condiment caddy, there was no more than 20 guests in the bar with 4 staff and a gentleman who appeared to be a manager. We sat at the table for over 10 minutes and were not acknowledged once by any member of staff. When we eventually got attention we ordered drinks and food and the first drink arrived to be followed 10 minutes later by the second??? The food wasn't great we ordered a burger and spaghetti the burger was not fresh. There were flies around the bar in January which can't be excused on any hot weather.
Just home from.a 1 night stay in the Jurys Belfast. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough.Great location. Rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfy.Lastly but not least.The staff were brillant.Rachael was so helpful.All the staff were kind friendly and so so helpful..Will be going back.
My stay was not for tourism or pleasure. I was at the hotel whilst a sick relative was recovering in a nearby hospital. I found all the staff to be helpful, polite and friendly. In most cases the staff went beyond the call of duty !! I have stayed in a few hotels, all over the world and this hotel is most certainly one I would HIGHLY recommend. Excellent service and exceptional value for money.Perfectly situated for access to the main parts of the city.
