Absolutely fantastic hotel probably my favourite hotel in the world. It looks amazing and feels really special the reception area is fantastic busy, bustling and always coming and going just like they should be. The pictures on the stairs up to the bar tell a great story everything you need to know about the place. The staff are amazing as are the rooms and the decor. The bar service is 2nd to none and breakfast is top class although a little crowded. I cant recommend the Europa highly enough it truly is a special place.
Had a lovely return visit for family wedding just before New Year so decided to stay over for the New Year Gala ball. Rooms and service were 1st class and only to be expected at an establishment that prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. Anyone looking for a wedding venue should give the Europa serious consideration as it offers everything and more for the bride, groom and wedding party. Food was amazing and the whole day a fantastic experience.We stayed on for the New Year Gala dinner and once again food was terrific and entertainment and welcoming in the New Year with family and friends was extra special. To the management and staff at the Europa I applaud you. Continue with your fantastic work and we hope to see you again in 2019.
Came here to stay on Monday night for a bit of chill time after a busy Christmas at work and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Had a few beers in the Piano Bar overlooking Great Victoria Street before having a beautiful steak in the restaurant. Headed out to a concert then had a great night's sleep in a very comfortable bed.Reception, bar and waiting staff were all very friendly and courteous. I will be back again very soon.
Great breakfast. Comfy bed. Big soft towels. Rooms are on the small side but you're only going to sleep there. We ate out and came back with friends for a nightcap. Worked well.
I've stayed here a couple of times with work. Staff have always been friendly and helpful and the rooms are a decent size. Dining is great - breakfast options are varied and evening meals are good too.It's in a really good location for getting into the town centre - less than 10 minute walk and you're in Belfast city centre with its great shopping and numerous restaurants.I would definitely recommend staying here.
