We had a really perfect night stay. We had executive lounge access and the staff were fantastic. Room was beautiful with great view. We left our keys behind and unfortunately didn't realise until we were sailing back home to Scotland! Paul at concierge could not of done enough and without him goodness knows what could of happened, employees like this is what makes you want to return

Excellent team members, professional and friendly. Enjoy staying at Hilton Belfast however it is a little dated and has a poor executive lounge compared to other city Hilton's. Good breakfast.

My wife and I came here just to get a bite to eat before a show in the Waterfront. The food wasn't bad but we waited 15 minutes after being seated until I had to go and tell someone to take our order. Certainly not worth the 4 stars this hotel has.

Comfortable functional hotel with lovely location adjacent to River & great views from restaurant & one side of the building. Staff always helpful with a can-do attitude. Not overly impressed however with the choice of food in executive lounge, nor indeed with the quantity of items during tea/coffee for participants of workshops. This is a busy hotel even at the quietest of times but Management oversight into aspects of catering supplies is warranted. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Slow sloppy service. Arrived about 1830. Took ages for waiter in Cables Bar to be persuaded to take an order. Order took maybe 10+ minutes to arrive. My wife asked for a sparkling water. 5.50 for a big bottle. Dearer than my pint!Neither the young order waiter nor the waiter who brought the drinks in two phases (rest of party arrived) removed the two old glasses from the table. From the previous guests. I had to ask waiter while paying the bill to please remove the old glasses.(Time on till and card receipt both incorrect at 1829 &1830. Bill was raised after 1900hrs.)
