I rented a vehicle from the Dublin Airport location, and was visiting family in Belfast, the car developed battery problems and would not start 2 mornings in a row. I dropped into the Great Victoria St location where the staff were more than helpful, Katie and Johnny and Eamon thanks again for your help. Even though the car was not rented from their location and not rented in country they went and got the car jump started took it to their location, called and got the exactly same vehicle from the City Airport location and had it driven to Great Victoria St all within 2 hours of me walking through their door. Text book definition of excellent service, and all with a smile and a bit of fun added.
Car had almost illegal tyres. Would have preferred they replaced but would not.
Crazy prices wanted to hire a 7 seater for the day 8am /9pm at a cost of 300 Emm don't think so and they call themselves BUDGET No other rental companies i have called were any where near that !
Rented from here a coupe of times. Courteous and friendly staff. Decent price as well.
