It is my first and last experience with this company, I went to Belfast city airport to ask for a car for 24 hours. It was on Monday 12 o'clock. And then the show started. The lady behind the desk was nervous and from the very beginning it was clear she wanted to refuse me. Well she asked me for - bank statement, payslip , proof of address , id card, and finally she said - omg you live in Belfast for 3 years- you have to change your driving license to a British?!? Seriously

The car I had was fine and as I asked for but they get a 2 star review as their customer service in car park portacabin office wasn't the best. Two lads were waiting on me to take the car on arrival and one of them was rude and condescending to my wife all because she questioned the security deposit. It was almost like he was personally offended by the question. The other lad was good as gold though.
Sends cars out with centres and scrapes and it's up to you to find them. Better spend a good 10 min looking at your car or you might be paying for it. Doesn't answer the phone.
