Rented a Subaru Impreza WRC car it was awesome .drifted around Belfast for a few hours and lift her back minus the tyre tread thinking off renting one for the Ulster Rally
Friendly staff, nice car, but had to wait an hour and a half more from our booking time for collecting the car..
Was told my car wouldn't be ready until much later in the day due to a late return. But the lad working the counter worked some magic and found us a car several levels above what we paid and it was a dream to drive. Great customer service, really quick at the counter and friendly. Would definitely use again.
Despite being covered by aa had to make my own way to collect a car and they wanted to see my credit card in case I was caught for speeding or got a parking ticket for didn't return the car. Accepted an automatic car which was fine. Had to ask on three occasions for them to collect the car!
Never rented from Enterprise before but will do so again without hesitation, in fact, as a preference. Excellent service from this location. Easy online booking and didn't make us repeat everything when we picked up the car. Very efficient. Really nice team; polite, helpful, informative. Clean and undamaged car. They even dropped us back at the hotel after we returned the car!
