Hired a car from the boucher crescent, was the best experience....then after few weeks later after returning the car they sent me a letter trying to charge me 356 for a chip on the windscreen which was not me and the dates they said the chip had happend did not even coexist of when I had the car...bunch of chancers

Great service. Happy to recommend. Only drawback is the current limited space. You cannot leave your vehicle onsite when you collect one of theirs. Maybe the new site will improve this.
Felt a bit misled and nobody told me how to use the car - had to ask the cleaner. Told I had a GPS, but had to use my phone. Nevermind delivering the car, had to go in a taxi out of town to pick it up and they call a taxi to get me back in town - add 25 to your bill. Miscommunication between website and agency which mean car was ready an hour later. So might be cheaper, but there you go..
