Easy booking process, Having used before I found the branch staff to be very polite and helpful. Pick up and return was efficient and a quick shuttle bus service to airport. Great value overall

This is the worse rental company we have ever encountered, Booked through Ryanair - Renters beware you do not know who you are renting with until it's too late. They issue a voucher you take to hire and they expect copies of your credit card accounts, utility bills etc they do not accept printouts only postal copies if like the rest of the world you are environmental friendly then you can't hire from them they won't accept a print from a computer and they only rent to you if you take their excessive additional insurance even if you have excess insurance of your own, They are late with pick ups ( 25 mins wait!) They are 14 minutes from the terminal not 5 mins! They are rude! They say it's Ryanair's fault they don't get paid the value of their cars they rent ! They did the deal with Ryanair ! Got taken back to the terminal booked with Sixth perfect!!!! Polite no hidden cost hassle free never book easement unless you enjoy hassle - Don't use Ryan air they hide the facts about the paperwork in their voucher that you don't get until you have booked and its too late! All the other renters hiring when we did walked out and went back and used other rental copies they ( Easirrent)are well known in the terminal for their hassle and rip off charges!
Nov 2018 we have just returned from Belfast where on arrival our pickup from this company was 25 mins after saying be 5. We felt staff at easirent were abrupt and rude. Focus 1 is to dismiss any insurance you have already paid for so we got conned for an extra 40 . All the guff about you will need reports and lots of paperwork , by the way you need that with "any"claim even theirs. So don't be conned by theirs. Our first car had a flat tyre we drove 50 mtrs and had to go back so cars are not safety checked for new customers. We took a second car . We returned the next morning to return the car . He checked it said it was fine and took the keys . When we took the car it was quarter full with fuel we returned it just over. He wanted money for full tank so I said check your list it's on there " I've lost the origjnal" was his reply!! Then we asked for our insurance money back as our company told us we had been conned . He refused.He ferried us back to airport at an unsafe high speed still being rude and adding the car will be checked for damage! I queried this as it had been checked and signed back in ! All in all a rude con man company please steer clear. After he dropped us off in the same car "he"drives it back so any damage he incurs would be charged to you .video your car when you return it and him driving it for your own protection . We did.
Avoid at all costs. Where to start?They are off airport. This could be fine but they are slow to pick up the phone and then slow to arrive in the van. So expect a total wait of up to 30 minutes standing in the cold.They will try anything to trap you into taking their excessive excess insurance. I had to pay 74 for a 24 hour hire just because I did not have my credit card statements with me even though I have my own excess cover insurance.I hire cars all over the world every week. These are the worst. Total bandits.
