Great helpful staff quick friendly service
My name is Stanislav Iliev and I used your service on Monday . It was around 12:30 and me and two friends of mine went to ask is there any available car. I can't remember the gentleman behind the desk but he was polite and sorted everything quickly, he was smiled and the uniform tidy , he knew his job and looked very professional. We were given Toyota C-HR hybrid . Perfect. Absolutely gorgeous. Keep it well
Easy to arrange and quick final arrangements on pickup at airport. A nice courtesy call before my arrival to confirm all details remained the same.
Extremely poor experience returning a car here. Avoid at all costs. Charged 105 (65 + 40 "admin fee") for tiny wheel scuffs that were already present. The worker was charging people for damage on almost every single car being returned ahead of us. They tried to justify it as new damage by writing on the report "crumbles at touch" even though wheel scuffs don't crumble. They take advantage of the fact that people have planes to catch and are thus not in the best position to challenge the charges. Stay away from these dishonest crooks.
