Best value van rental possible, and great flexibility on pick up and drop off (Sixt in Titanic Quarter was the only company I could find that opens all day Saturday and Sunday - massive plus point). Chatty, friendly and efficient. A brilliant example of customer service done so well! We booked a weekend away in Belfast and our tour was cancelled so rented a car last minute and have never rented a car before. We were upgraded to a higher spec model which was fantastic and the car was a pleasure to drive. We encountered around for different staff members, each as friendly as the other with helpful suggestions for our trip. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us out with taxi bookings too. Really pleased and will definitely use again!
Over Christmas and New Year I had to hire two cars from Sixt due to my own car being with a mechanic for over three weeks getting fixed. The customer service from all of the staff I encountered at Sixt was excellent, I couldn't fault them. Helpful, really pleasant and the cars I had were great. I wouldn't hesitate to hire from them again.
I cannot praise this car hire place enough! Not only is it cheaper than the more well known hire companies, but you also get a better standard of car. I have NEVER hired a car from Sixt which hasn't been of a higher spec than I expected when I booked. This particular trip was no exception and the staff (Andy and Ritchie) were SO friendly and efficient, it really made my transition from Canada to Belfast a pleasure! I'd arrived early in the morning after 24 hours travel and just wanted to get on my way to see my family for Christmas. At the airport, a Sixt shuttle - with a lovely driver (Eddie) - turned up within 2 minutes of requesting him - and loaded my suitcases on and off the van as well. In the office, I had already been given an upgrade, but when I said I had used Sixt before and loved their upgrades and had driven Infinities before and liked them, they immediately found a lovely Infinity for me! This, as an Executive car, made the whole of my two week stay an absolute pleasure for myself and my family, thank you SO much! The built in SatNav alone was a lifesaver whilst driving round the whole of Northern Ireland. I highly recommend Sixt Belfast City Airport as the BEST car hire team I have ever been lucky enough to deal with and their staff should be commended for their excellent customer service. Thank you and I will be back.
